Our Process · Step 04

Installation Support

Keeping the build faithful to the design.

A design is only as good as its installation. We stay engaged through construction — providing drawings to the general contractor, answering field questions, and catching deviations before they become expensive problems.

What this step involves

  • Conduit, access panel, and roof weatherhead drawings provided to the general contractor
  • Technical oversight during installation, including site visits at key milestones
  • Field questions answered by the engineers who created the design
  • Deviations from the design flagged and resolved before equipment is closed in

What we deliver

Installation and conduit drawings for the contracting team

A site visit may be required for oversight and verification field decisions

Deviations are incorporated into the model to determine if the deviation has degraded performance and requires correction or if it should be incorporated into the as-built design documentation

Installer recommendation

Why it matters

Small deviations — an extra bend, a relocated antenna, an improperly seated connector — quietly degrade performance and surface later as failed grid tests. Oversight during installation is far cheaper than rework after verification.
