About RHO Wireless
Since February 1998, RHO Wireless has done one thing: in-building wireless — done right. No shortcuts, no guesswork, no vendor agendas.
Our Story
RHO Wireless was founded in February 1998, at a time when in-building cellular coverage was an afterthought for most building owners and a persistent headache for carriers. We saw an opportunity to bring engineering discipline to a problem that was too often solved with guesswork and generic equipment.
Over the next 28 years, the technology changed dramatically — from 2G to 5G, from simple passive systems to complex multi-operator DAS architectures, from basic cellular to integrated Public Safety solutions. What didn't change was our approach: rigorous measurement, accurate modeling, and honest advice.

Why We Exist
To deliver in-building wireless systems that work reliably from day one — and to be the kind of partner that building owners, contractors, and carriers can trust to tell them the truth about what their project actually needs.
What We Stand For
We have no financial relationship with any carrier or equipment vendor. Our recommendations are driven by what's technically correct for your project — not by what someone wants to sell you. That independence is the foundation of everything we do.
In-building wireless is an engineering discipline, not a sales exercise. We use the best tools available, we measure before we design, and we verify after we install. Accuracy isn't optional — it's the job.
Wireless engineering can be opaque to the people who need it most. We make it a point to explain what we're doing and why — in plain language, without condescension. An informed client makes better decisions.
We put our name on every design and every test report. If something isn't right, we say so — before it becomes a problem. We'd rather have a difficult conversation early than a failed acceptance test later.
How We Work
Most in-building wireless projects involve multiple parties with competing interests. Carriers want maximum coverage at minimum cost. Equipment vendors want to move product. Contractors want to finish the job. Building owners often lack the technical background to evaluate what they're being told.
Whether you're planning a new build, troubleshooting an existing system, or navigating Public Safety compliance — we're straightforward to work with and happy to start with a conversation.
