Our Process · Step 06

Documentation & Sign-Off

Delivering the package that makes acceptance straightforward.

The final step is the one that makes everything else stick: a complete documentation package that gives the AHJ, the carrier, and the building owner everything they need to formally accept the system.

What this step involves

  • Compilation of design files, test reports, and as-built drawings
  • Completion of AHJ-specific forms — for example, the Radio Coverage Signal Strength Assessment
  • Carrier acceptance submittals, where required
  • Handoff walkthrough with the building owner or facility team

Why it matters

More projects stall at sign-off than at any other stage — usually over missing or incomplete documentation. We prepare every package the way a reviewer expects to receive it: complete, organized, and ready to approve.
