LE1700 Drop Tests
The drop tests performed on the LE1700 were from a height of 37 inches onto carpet over steel while the tablet PCs were operating. The systems were dropped on 10 sides. All LE1700 Tablet PCs tested were operational with no damage to the displays or hard drives.

UltraView for a noticeably brighter, sharper and more widely viewable display

Generally, the UltraView display will appear noticeably brighter, sharper and more viewable in extreme lighting conditions. It has all the standard benefits of SXGA+, such as high resolution (up to 1400x1050) for more pixels and information to be displayed on the screen and higher image quality for advanced graphic applications. In addition, the UltraView SXGA+ display offers a dramatically increased viewing angle of 85° X 85° versus 45° X 50° of the standard SXGA+ display.
